Cyber Siara API support

What are "CyberSIARA challenges"?

There are challenges that typically require the user to move a slide to complete a task, verifying they are human.

For your convenience, we implemented support for Cyber Siara API. If your software works with it, and supports minimal configuration, you should be able to decode Cyber Siaras using Death By Captcha in no time.

  • Cyber Siara API: Provided a site url and Cyber Siara slideurlid key and the User Agent of the browser, the API returns a token that you will use to submit the form in the page with the Cyber Siara challenge.

Pricing

For the time being, price is $2.89/1K Cyber Siara challenges correctly solved. You will not be billed for Cyber Siara reported as incorrectly solved. Note that this pricing applies to Cyber Siara challenges only, so only customers using this specific API will be charged said rate.

Cyber Siara API FAQ:

What`s the Cyber Siara API URL?

To use the Cyber Siara API you will have to send a HTTP POST Request to http://api.dbcapi.me/api/captcha

What are the POST parameters for the Cyber Siara API?

  • username: Your DBC account username
  • password: Your DBC account password
  • type=17: Type 17 specifies this is a Cyber Siara API
  • siara_params=json(payload): the data to access the cyber siara challenge
  • json payload structure:
    • proxy: your proxy url and credentials (if any).Examples:
      • http://127.0.0.1:3128
      • http://user:password@127.0.0.1:3128
    • proxytype: your proxy connection protocol. For supported proxy types refer to Which proxy types are supported?. Example:
      • HTTP
    • slideurlid: the slideurlid of the website with the Cyber Siara.

      Look in the request payload for MasterUrlId value.

      Example:

      • OXR2LVNvCuXykkZbB8KZIfh162sNT8S2

      You need to locate the Slide Master URL ID of Cyber Siara. You can check the scripts for the InitCaptcha call; the argument passed to it is the value you`re searching for. Alternatively, you can check the GetCyberSiara HTTP request inside the payload parameters.

    • useragent: the User Agent of the browser that is being used to solve the Cyber Siara.

      Example:

      • Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/115.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
    • pageurl: the url of the page with the Cyber Siara challenge. This url has to include the path in which the Cyber Siara is loaded. Example: if the Cyber Siara you want to solve is in http://test.com/path1, pageurl has to be http://test.com/path1 and not http://test.com.

    The proxy parameter is optional, but we strongly recommend to use one to prevent rejection by the provided page due to inconsistencies between the IP that solved the captcha (ours if no proxy is provided) and the IP that submitted the solution for verification (yours).

    Note: if proxy is provided, proxytype is a required parameter.

    Full example of siara_params:

    {
        'proxy': 'http://user:password@127.0.0.1:1234',
        'proxytype': 'HTTP',
        'sitekey': 'OXR2LVNvCuXykkZbB8KZIfh162sNT8S2',
        'pageurl': 'https://testsite.com/xxx-test',
        'useragent': 'Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/115.0.0.0 Safari/537.36'
    }

What`s the response from the Cyber Siara API?

The Cyber Siara API response has the following structure. It`s valid for one use and has a 2 minute lifespan. It will be a string like the following:

"eyJhbGciOiJIUzUxMiIsInR5cCI6IkpXVCJ9.eyJ1bmlxdWVfbmFtZSI6Imh0dHBzOi8vd
3d3LmN5YmVyc2lhcmEuY29tL2Jvb2stYS1kZW1vIiwibmJmIjoxNjkzNTk3MTc1LCJleHAi

PCm0jRTZynzZdavr0kL8NfqoXezFTLktH141btAODMyNTA3Ng=="

Which proxy types are supported?

Currently, only HTTP proxies are supported. Support for other types will be added in the future.
